01Who we are

  • AERMAK Intelligent Factory For Manufacturing (CR 7055233212), Riyadh Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

02What we collect

  • Quote and order data: name, company, email, mobile number, delivery city, notes, and the items and quantities you request.
  • Engineering files you upload for a custom mould enquiry (CAD drawings and specifications).
  • Optional account data: email or mobile number, and a salted scrypt hash of your password. We never keep the password itself.
  • First-party usage counters: page path, product SKU, referrer (without identifiers) and device class. These are aggregate counters on our own server and use no advertising cookies.
  • Server logs for security and abuse prevention.

03Why we process it

  • To issue a quotation or proforma and confirm specifications and volumes.
  • To schedule production, freight and customs documentation once an order is confirmed.
  • To answer your engineering questions and improve the catalogue and digital tools.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of the forms and upload endpoints.

04Legal bases

  • Pre-contractual steps (preparing the quote and order) and performance of the contract.
  • Your consent when you upload engineering drawings or create an optional account.
  • Our legitimate interest in anonymous aggregate analytics and site security.
  • Statutory retention of commercial and accounting records.

05How long we keep it

  • Order and enquiry records: for the commercial relationship, then for the period required by Saudi commercial and accounting rules.
  • Uploaded engineering files: 24 months from the last interaction unless a project is still running.
  • Raw usage counters: 30 days, then deleted automatically; only the aggregate total remains.
  • Backups: up to 90 days, then rotated out.

06Who we share it with

  • Your data is not sent to any external messaging service at the moment; orders and enquiries stay inside the factory portal.
  • The hosting provider that runs this site, under a data-processing agreement.
  • Freight forwarders and customs brokers where needed to deliver your order.
  • We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

07Security and cookies

  • Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, and the admin portal is limited to a signed session.
  • The only cookies are strictly necessary ones: the admin session and the optional customer session. Your quote basket lives in your own browser storage, not in a cookie.
  • We run no third-party analytics or advertising tags, and we do not track you across other websites.

08Your rights

  • Access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy of what we hold.
  • You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to the competent authority (Saudi Data & AI Authority — SDAIA).

  • We may update this policy when our services or the regulations change; the revision date is shown below.
